What it is

A monthly table that keeps growing.

Over the past 36 months the club has become a monthly gathering built around great spirits, education, local restaurants and community. Each event pairs a featured brand and its ambassadors with a Mount Dora kitchen or taproom — a win-win for members, local businesses and the service industry that keeps this town moving.

The club is organized by Viva Liquor, a Mount Dora Area Chamber member at 101 S Highland St, known for a wide selection of spirits, wine and beer, private barrel selections, and a “We Try, We Recommend” approach to helping people find something new.

Brand ambassadors

The people who make the spirits pour the talks — distillers, blenders and brand ambassadors who answer every question.

Tasting education

Guided pours and master classes: how to read a label, what barrel entry proof does, why a mezcal tastes the way it does.

Local restaurants

Every event is hosted by a Mount Dora kitchen or taproom, so members taste where the town actually eats and drinks.

A capped room

Membership is limited to 80 people, so the room stays small enough to talk to the ambassador and the person next to you.

Community

A monthly gathering of locals who like good spirits — the reason the club has kept running for 36 months straight.
